IPG awarded for “Excellence” in clean-tech research at CleanEquity® Monaco

IPG’s technology recognised for its potential to end the reliance on diesel generators, receiving a Runner-Up award for excellence in environmental technology research at CleanEquity® Monaco 2021, the invite-only conference featuring the “world’s best in class” sustainable technology companies.

CleanEquity® Monaco 2021, which took place last week, brought together entrepreneurs, investors, policy makers and thought leaders to share new ideas and showcase emerging technologies addressing many of the greatest global challenges we face today.

The annual invitation-only event hosted by Innovator Capital, closed on Friday 23rd July with the Awards Ceremony, in which IPG was selected as Runner-Up for ‘Excellence in the Field of Environmental Technology Research’.

“We are delighted and honoured to be amongst world-leading innovators tackling our biggest environmental challenges, receiving recognition for the positive environmental potential of the IPG Flameless Generator”

“We are delighted and honoured to be amongst world-leading innovators tackling our biggest environmental challenges, receiving recognition for the positive environmental potential of the IPG Flameless Generator as a CleanEquity award recipient,” said Toby Gill, CEO of IPG.

“Thought leaders and innovators across the two-day conference were calling for ever-more investment to dramatically scale renewable power generation in order to achieve our net-zero targets. But with difficult-to-decarbonise sectors projected to still be dependent on the diesel generator in 2030 and beyond, without a true replacement the progress we are making with wind, solar and battery storage will continue to be undermined.

“We are pleased to see our breakthrough innovation in Flameless Combustion, and our product, recognised by the expert panel as a vital solution for addressing the challenges of decarbonising distributed fuel-based power in the face of an uncertain and evolving renewable fuel landscape,” said Gill.

IPG was selected as one of 17 “most innovative sustainable technology companies” to present to selected sovereign, investors, policy makers, end users and international trade media at this year’s CleanEquity® conference.

“This event provides a unique forum for early-stage startups, like IPG, to engage with clean-tech investors, like-minded innovators and thought leaders from across the world,” said Gill. “The connections, insights and recognition that IPG has gained from participating at CleanEquity® will be invaluable as we continue to bring our product to market.”
