We have secured over £1 million investment, following a successful crowdfunding campaign on equity funding platform Seedrs, to take the next step in helping businesses ditch their diesel generators.
Diesel generators are the dirty secret of the energy industry. Essential for energy security in construction, hospitals, data centres, and even wind farms, this is a $30 billon opportunity without a clear net-zero replacement.
The success of our latest funding round brings us one step closer to helping our customers ditch their diesel generators. Led by our existing shareholders and private investment fund GreenTribe, we are pleased to welcome over 650 new and returning investors on our journey.
Replacing diesel generators means businesses switching to hydrogen or biofuels. Yet, the current state of the renewable fuel market currently brings with it an inherent risk to operations due to the potential for fuel supply disruption that most businesses find unacceptable.
The IPG Flameless Generator delivers dispatchable onsite power without harmful pollution from any fuel. Designed to operate on Hydrogen, Biogas, Biomethane, and HVO, as well as Natural Gas and Diesel, our product reduces carbon and cuts pollution without the instability of green hydrogen or biofuel supply chains opening up risk of delays.
With this new investment and our successful prototype trial complete, we are on course to demonstrate the value of our product in helping to decarbonise those industries which have been reliant on diesel for so long.
What’s next?
After the success of this funding round, we will be conducting a large-scale pilot projects with our early adopter customers in the construction industry to demonstrate how our product can support the decarbonisation of their day-to-day operations at scale.
We are also working towards further projects with other climate-driven customers to demonstrate the impact of our solution for enabling a rapid, wide-scale transition to net zero in industries from construction and mining, to EV charging, grid infrastructure, and beyond.
